FIFTY-BUCKS-DESIGN offers this website, including all the information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all the terms, policies, and notices stated here.

These terms and conditions of sale and service govern the purchase of all products sold by FIFTY-BUCKS-DESIGN
through the website fifty-bucks-design.com (or fifty-bucks-design.shop or equivalent website
and/or store).
Please read these terms and conditions carefully. They contain important information about your rights and obligations as well as any limitations and exclusions that may apply to you. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, accepted, and agreed to these terms and conditions without restriction or reservation. These terms and conditions may be subject to change at any time without notice and at our sole discretion.
- Products
We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and without prior or other notice. Our prices include shipping costs unless stated otherwise. As a rule, our prices include VAT/sales tax if required by international tax regulations. Any customs duties and other government fees are the responsibility of the buyer (customer). - Price Errors
Our goal is an error-free website. If pricing errors are found, they will be corrected immediately in our systems, and the corrected price will take effect. We will notify you if your order includes products with incorrect pricing so that you can decide whether you want the products delivered at the corrected price. - Orders
Orders do not bind FIFTY-BUCKS-DESIGN until they have been accepted by us. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any product ordered and/or refuse service to any customer without prior notice. During the purchase process, it may be necessary to verify information before accepting an order. - Payment
Payment can be made using several options, clearly presented on this site. At the time of writing, we offer payment services through our partners PayPal, Revolut, and OpenNode, allowing you to pay for your purchases with most credit and debit cards, Bitcoin cryptocurrency, and other payment and financing products they may offer. - Sales/Value-Added Tax and Possible Customs Fees
You are responsible for paying any government or local sales, use, and customs fees that may apply to your order. However, we will do our best to include sales/value-added tax in the prices where required by law. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of taxes and paying statutory taxes and other fees in your country of residence, and you must correct the issue if we have made an error in good faith. - Shipping/Handling Charges and Time Frames
We process orders five days a week, so the processing time by us and the manufacturer/wholesaler is generally a very reasonable 1-2 days, plus production time 2-5 days concerning on demand products after which the product is shipped. Generally, products
arrive within 5-15 days after shipping, but the delivery time may be shorter depending on the contents of the order, as we prioritize the closest shipping location to you, not necessarily the most cost-effective option for us. If necessary, we can also provide express deliveries for an additional charge, e.g. via Fedex. Shipping costs are clearly visible and selectable on our website. Due to the wide range of products, it is possible that some items may not be suitable for transport as planned, which may change the cost, schedule, or availability of the delivery (or product). In such cases, we will contact you immediately so that you can decide how to proceed. - Warranties
2-years EU warranty, with the exception of its geographical scope, which for our customers is worldwide. We are responsible for defects due to manufacturing or design as per statutory warranty periods. Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear,
neglect of maintenance or proper upkeep, or improper storage or use. The intended use should also consider the product’s price range, as it is generally understood that a product designed for hobby use does not usually withstand professional use as well as a significantly more expensive product designed for that purpose. - Discount Codes
Discount codes and promotions are only valid for the period mentioned in the offer or, alternatively, while sufficient stocks last, and must be used with a new purchase and cannot be applied to previous orders. We will clearly state which codes can be combined with other codes and which cannot. Generally, only one discount code can be used per order, and they cannot be combined with discounted products or items in the Outlet and Spot Lots categories unless otherwise stated. - Limitation of Liability
We are liable for damages as per laws and regulations but not for indirect/incidental damages (including lost or expected income or profits) related to our terms or practices, our website, catalogs, brochures, products, services, or orders, regardless of whether the claim is based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence or strict/extended liability), or otherwise. Our liability is limited to, in aggregate, the amount you have paid for the service, product, or order from which the liability arose. These limitations apply regardless of whether any remedy fails of its essential purpose. Some jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exception may not apply to you. - Severability of Terms
If any provision of our terms or practices is found to be unlawful, unenforceable, or in conflict with any law in a competent court or
arbitration, such provision shall be deemed severable from our terms and practices and shall not affect the validity of the remaining terms and practices or parts thereof. - Waiver of Terms and Modifications
Neither party shall waive the provisions of our terms and practices for any reason and under any circumstances other than as expressly stated herein. Deviations or waivers from our terms and practices may only occur with the written consent of both parties. - Changes to the Terms and Conditions of Sale and Service

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these terms by posting updates and changes on our website. It is your responsibility to check our website regularly for changes. Continued use of our website or service after any changes have been made constitutes acceptance of those changes. - Unreasonable Consequences
If the price of the product ordered by the customer and/or the shipping cost is lower than their cost due to an unintentional error on our part or incorrect information we received, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and refund the customer’s payment in full. Alternatively, if the customer provides written consent, we will correct the price/prices to match the cost price plus a 10% overhead. We reserve the right to act similarly in other comparable situations where delivering the service, product, or order results in unreasonable consequences relative to its price. It goes without saying that these situations are extremely rare as we strive to operate as professionally and systematically as possible across the board. It is equally self-evident that such measures can only be taken by informing the customer immediately after the situation is discovered so that the customer can naturally decide whether we should deliver the product, for example, at the corrected price or with a longer delivery time, or whether the order should be canceled. If the customer cancels the order, we will refund the full purchase price, and regardless of the customer’s decision, in such situations, we will provide a gift card proportional to the product’s purchase price to alleviate any dissatisfaction caused. - SMS Marketing
By opting into FIFTY-BUCKS-DESIGN SMS marketing at checkout and making a purchase, you agree to receive occasional text message notifications (about your order, including reminders of abandoned orders), text message marketing offers, and transaction-related text messages, including possible review requests regarding us, even if your mobile number is registered on
a private or government-operated “do not call” or telemarketing exclusion list. Message frequency varies, but you will not receive them too often. Consent is not a condition of purchase. To cancel receiving SMS marketing messages and notifications, reply STOP to any mobile message you receive from us, or use the unsubscribe link we have provided in any of our messages. You understand and agree that alternative methods for canceling messages, such as using alternative words or requests, will not be considered a reasonable way to cancel messages. We do not charge you for messages, but you will be responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your mobile service provider. All costs for sending and receiving SMS messages will be imposed by your mobile carrier, and you are responsible for paying for the carrier’s SMS fees. - Governing Law
Our terms, policies, and any separate agreements under which we provide you with products and services are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Finland (EU). This principle also applies to our suppliers and other stakeholders, regardless of their own terms or jurisdiction. In the event of discrepancies between language versions, the Finnish version shall take precedence.
