Warranty Information

All our products come with a 2-year standard warranty, unless a longer warranty period is explicitly stated in the product details. For products covered by our 2-year base warranty, we offer the option to extend the warranty by 1, 2, or 3 additional years for an extra fee. The prices and selection for extended warranties are available on each product’s page.

Our 2-year EU warranty applies globally to our customers, with the only exception being its original geographical designation. We cover defects resulting from manufacturing or design faults in accordance with statutory warranty regulations. However, the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, failure to perform proper maintenance, improper storage or use, or neglect of upkeep. The intended use of the product should also align with its price range, as hobby-grade products are generally not designed to withstand professional use as well as significantly more expensive products intended for that purpose.
